Alkyd Topical Enamel
Product Features:
The paint film has high gloss, good fullness, good mechanical strength, good weather resistance and gloss retention, and is an economical metal structure protective decorative paint.
Performance parameters:
1. Color and appearance: the color tone is variable, the paint film is smooth and smooth
2 Viscosity (coating No. 6 cup), S: ≥35
3. Fineness: ≤20um
4. Drying time: surface dry ≤10h, hard dry ≤18h
5. Gloss (60°): ≥85
6. Adhesion (circle method): ≤Level 2
7. Bending resistance (heating at 120°C for 1 hour) mm: ≤3
8. Water resistance (8h immersion in water conforming to GB/T6682 grade 3): no foaming, no cracking, no peeling
9. Volatile oil resistance for 6h (immersed in a solvent conforming to SH004 latex industrial use): no foaming, no wrinkling, no cracking, no peeling, slight loss of gloss is allowed
10. Weather resistance (natural exposure for one year): discoloration is less than grade 4, chalking is less than grade 3
Construction Instructions:
1. Front surface treatment: The front paint film is completely dry, and the oil stains on the paint film are removed.
2. Substrate temperature: 3°C higher than the dew point.
3. Coating method: can be brushed, rolled or sprayed.
4. Diluent: 200# solvent oil, turpentine or special diluent adjusted to the appropriate viscosity for use.
5. Coating thickness: Generally, it is advisable to coat twice, and the dry film thickness is 40-60um.
6. Overcoating interval: about 12 hours at 25°C.
7. The supporting paint for the front road: Hongdan anti-rust paint, iron red anti-rust paint, alkyd primer, epoxy ester primer and epoxy primer.
Notes:
1. The construction site should have good ventilation facilities.
2. Construction workers should wear masks, glasses, gloves and other protective equipment to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist and solvents.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the construction site, and all sources of ignition are isolated.
4. The effective storage period is 12 months, and it can still be used after passing the inspection after the storage period.
