Epoxy Engineering Floor Paint (Double Group)
Construction method:Rolling, scraping, spraying (correct construction method according to construction process requirements)
Basic Ground Treatment:
1. When constructing on new concrete ground, it must be cured on the ground for more than 25 days before construction.
2. Remove loose plaster and oil stains on the ground. If there are gaps, repair them in time to ensure that the ground is flat, clean and dry.
3. When recoating the ground, it is necessary to remove the weak paint film of the old ground, remove the dust and sundries on the surface, grind it flat, clean and thoroughly remove the dust. In order to ensure the quality of the coating, the concrete grade of the construction ground must be above C25.
Coating preparation: After opening the bucket, stir it evenly, then pour the A and B groups into the mixing bucket according to the proportion, and fully mix with a mixer for 3-5 minutes.
In order to achieve the best painting effect, no diluting material should be added when painting. If the paint is thick, it can be diluted with no more than 5% of the special diluting material according to the actual situation.
Construction process:
Ground treatment: sanding the ground, repairing defects, cleaning and drying

Use the engineering floor intermediate coating material to prepare the quartz sand to the required thickness for construction (recommended A:B:sand=4:1:5)
Use the engineering floor intermediate coating material to prepare the quartz powder to scrape the putty layer (recommended A:B:powder=4:1:2.5)
Roll or spray engineering floor topcoat materials, and the thickness of one film is not more than 100μm.
Construction Conditions:
The moisture content of the construction ground is required to be below 8%, and construction should be avoided on cloudy and rainy days or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is higher than 80%, or when the temperature is below 5°C and above 35°C.
Note: The prepared materials must be painted within 30 minutes, and the prepared materials must be discarded after 30 minutes.
Curing time: 7 days / 25 ℃, the low temperature (not lower than 5 ℃) should be properly extended to obtain the ideal coating effect.
Storage and storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place at 5-35°C, moisture-proof and sun-proof, away from fire, the storage period is 180 days.
