Construction Instructions:
1. Surface Preparation: The application surface must be clean, free of oxide layers, loose paint, grease and other dirt, acid, alkali or moisture Condensation, the substrate treatment should reach the national standard for rust removal and anticorrosion on steel surface SA2.5 or ST3 level.
2. Construction conditions: When the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃ or the humidity is >85%, please do not apply. The paint film should be protected from rain or water washing within 24 hours after painting. The surface temperature of the coated steel structure should be above 5°C and below 40°C.
3. Construction method: brush, roller or spray can be used, the product should be fully stirred before construction, the dilution ratio is, paint: water = 100:5 (recommended)
4. Recoating time: Minimum interval of 2 hours, maximum interval of 7 days. (Temperature 25°C, relative humidity <85%).
5. Theoretical dosage: 8-10㎡/kg (calculated in one pass), the actual amount of coating area will vary due to the construction method and the surface roughness of the object. The standard coating is one primer and two topcoats (the total paint film Thickness is about 60~80 microns).
6. The product is coated on one bottom and two sides. Under normal and no special natural conditions, the paint film can protect the object for more than two years.
Notes:
1. This product is water-based, and oily substances are strictly prohibited;
2. Avoid direct contact with sensitive skin and use appropriate and effective protective equipment;
3. The validity period of this product is 12 months. If it exceeds the validity period, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
