Product introduction: It is made of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, anti-rust pigment and extender pigment after grinding, adding auxiliary agent, organic solvent and epoxy curing agent to prepare a two-component heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating. Scope of application: It is used for the coating of steel structures in water, buried or underground. It is suitable for the coating and protection of underground storage tanks, the outer walls of buried pipelines, dock concrete buildings, underground garages, oil pipelines, offshore buildings, and the outer walls of ships. Product Features:
The paint film has excellent adhesion, toughness and wear resistance, strong rust resistance, good water and moisture resistance, salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and oil resistance.

Performance parameters:
1. Color and appearance: black or brown, the paint film is flat and smooth

3. Viscosity (rotational viscometer): 8000-16000 centipoise
4. Drying time: surface dry ≤4h, hard dry ≤24h, hard dry ≤7d

9. Salt water resistance (immersed in 5%NaCl, 300d): no foaming, no falling off, no rusting

12. Alkali resistance (soaked in 10% NaOH, 60d): no foaming, no falling off

14. Sulfuric acid resistance (10%, 60d): no foaming, no falling off, slight discoloration is allowed

Construction Instructions:
1. Surface treatment: sand blasting and shot blasting to remove oxide scale, rust and oil, up to Sa2.5 or St3.
2. Substrate temperature: 3°C higher than the dew point.
3. Coating method: brush, roller, spray, high pressure airless spray.
4. Thinner: The epoxy paint thinner is adjusted to the appropriate viscosity for use.
5. Coating thickness: Mix evenly according to the ratio of A and B. After curing for 20 minutes, apply 2-3 coats, and the dry film thickness is 100-200um.
6. Overcoating interval: about 12 hours at 25℃.
7. Matching paint: The matching primer is epoxy zinc-rich primer, aluminum powder epoxy asphalt paint, and the matching topcoat is epoxy anti-corrosion paint.

Security:
1. The construction site should have good ventilation facilities.
2. Construction workers should wear masks, glasses, gloves and other protective equipment to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist and solvents.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the construction site, and all sources of ignition are isolated.
